I was born Janet Elaine Farnsworth in February of 1947 while living in Pengrove CA, the oldest of 4 girls. I attended Wright, Burbank, Potter Valley and Doyle Park Grammar Schools, Slater and Cook Junior High School and Santa Rosa High School.

I started working for money at the age of 9, babysitting, house cleaning and chores, picked prunes and any odd job I could find. At 16 I worked in a dress shop and information department at Kress's in Coddingtown. While a senior at Santa Rosa High School, I got a job at Redwood Empire Title Co. as an Escrow Secretary trainee. I started on February 15, 1965 and was "let go" from North American Title Co. (the company Redwood merged too) on July 18, 1994.



At 18 I was married, and at 19 I was a Mom. At 20 I was getting a divorce. I only took off 6 weeks to have my son Don, now 43 and get back to work. In 1974, I married a second time and had 2 girls, Lois and Lisa, now 34 and 32 years old. In 1979 I found myself single again. Focusing on my career and raising my children, I took a $200.00 a month job in Escrow to over $100,000.00 a year as an Escrow Officer and Branch Manager. I loved it, but the stress was a killer!

In 1993, my doctor told me I was a "Walking Heart Attack" and I starting changing some very bad habits in eating and smoking cigarettes. It took me 2 years, but adding a great nutritional regime to my lifestyle took care of the cholesterol problem and in the past almost 17 years, has eliminated my arthritis, joint pain, menopause, headaches and so much more!

Because of this success and through my own investigation and number crunching I have had the pleasure and opportunity to represent and use the products of NuSkin Enterprises. This year represents our 25th year in business as a debt free 1.3 Billion Dollar company, 5A1 Dun & Bradstreet rating and 125 Million dollars in the bank.

We were just named this week for the 3rd time in less than a year in Forbes Magazine as a company to Invest in and trust. We have won 3 "Stevie" American Business Awards, Oscars in Business. In 2005, for the Most Innovative Company in recognition of the Pharmanex BioPhotonic Scanner; in 2007, for the Most Socially Responsible for our Nourish the Children program and in 2009, for the Best Managed Company.
