Phyllis was born on January 25th 1962 in San Jose California. Phyllis grew up in Sonoma until she was 15 and then her and her family moved to Santa Rosa where she attended Montgomery High School and then the Santa Rosa Junior College. 

During her time at the JC she started working at Ticor Title Company. This opened a whole new world for her as she eventually ended up in the Marketing Department and completed all the required Real Estate classes to get her Real Estate License. Her career span within the Title business was from 1985 through 2004. She then started her own Mortgage business until the market crashed in 2008.



Phyllis lives near the JC with her husband John Sutter and their three dogs.

Phyllis has an 18 year old daughter, Victoria who recently moved to Truckee and is attending Sierra College. Phyllis has a step-son, Julian who lives in El Cerrito and a step-daughter, Bren who lives in New York attending NYU.

In December John and Phyllis will become grand parents as John’s son, Julian and his wife are expecting their first child!!!

Phyllis and her husband enjoy hiking, gardening, listening to music and traveling when they can.  



For the past three and a half years she has been a Marketing Director in the Senior Housing world most recently going to work for Oakmont Gardens.
