Debbie Wallace is a strategic, yet hands-on Business Wizard. Some might even call her a Bizzard. She sees the big picture but works with critical attention to detail.

Equally left and right brained, she is the ideal center person for co-operative projects involving all entities within a business.

Enthusiastically optimistic with an entrepreneurial spirit, she understands tactical and functional limitations and pushes them with equal pressure from all angles to produce results while building the foundation for the next initiative.

Having nearly ten years of involvement with various startups, all of which are now thriving, Debbie has a keen sense of priorities and an arsenal of ever-evolving creative solutions just waiting to be unleashed on the next challenge.

Debbie actually began her career at age ten when most kids were
at day care or soccer practice. As the Executive Assistant to her brilliant, over-achieving, Type-A mother, she helped after school by folding
t-shirts, applying price tags, and checking in shipments from suppliers at a popular children's boutique in Santa Rosa.

Eventually hired as a legal employee in 1988, Debbie learned everything from creating enticing window displays to balancing the registers at night. Each new "job" from that point forward would be a promotion from the previous...and the rest is history.

She can now proudly lay claim to any and all of these traditional titles, but prefers Business Wizard above all. Currently, Debbie manages ongoing catalog circulation for multi-channel businesses that mail monthly. She also handles various operational, merchandising, and marketing projects as well.  



When she's not working Debbie enjoys camping, hiking and spending time with friends, family, and "Pocket" her Beagle/Fox Terrier pup.
